RCMS Pvt. Ltd. provides integrated corporate and marketing communications, IT and IT Enabled Engineering Services for the A/E/C Industries to clients in India and overseas. RCMS Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Arun Gopinath in 1996 to address the then fledgling market for interactive media services. The company started off with a range of services for the interactive media like development and maintenance of websites, creation of multimedia presentations and product and service demonstrations. With our extensive expertise in strategic planning, idea development, communication methods and innovative implementation of our services through the use of contemporary media options, we design and build powerful corporate and marketing communications solutions.

In the year 2000 the company started offering engineering services to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. RCMS Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in the use of Building Information Modeling technology besides the use of other CAD software. RCMS has helped a broad range of clients including Architects, Custom Home Builders, Civil Engineering firms, General Contractors, AEC Product Manufacturers Geotechnical Engineers and Erosion Control firms with various types of projects. Our services include CAD drafting, design and support, Building Information Modeling, and 3D visualization and animation. Principals

Arun Gopinath, Founder and Managing Director, has 16 years of professional experience. Prior to founding RCMS Pvt. Ltd. he worked with India’s largest outdoor advertising agency in senior Management, sales and marketing roles. He has also worked as project consultant for several Fortune 500 companies. His past experiences have provided him with a tremendous foundation and expertise in executive management. He has managed relationships and executed, successfully, projects and assignments for clients. He has a good understanding of international business practices and multicultural issues.

A Srinivas Kumar, has 17 years of project management in the IT, ITES and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining RCMS in 2001 Srinivas had set up an IT Training organization before setting up a metal processing plant. Using his extensive project management, people management skills, problem solving abilities, production coordination and ability to analyze data and situations he oversees the operational aspects of the business and our commitment to providing value to our clients. Srinivas has a post-graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He is also a certified program on ISO:9000:2000. Srinivas is a keen sportsman and has played table tennis at the national level in India.

Mridul Wadhwa, has Masters Degree in Training and Management from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She manages the recruiting, training organizational development and evaluation of our processes. She also manages CSR initiatives of the company. Mridul has 8 years of professional experience and prior to joining RCMS she worked as a training manager with Convergys and Mphasis. She has designed and implemented several training programs. While she was in Scotland she was involved with a women’s aid group and assisted them with developing their training and communication program for different stakeholders. Mridul is multilingual and is fluent in French besides English and many Indian languages.
